Delivered pricing is a form of geographical pricing in which the price quoted by the manufacturer includes both the list price and the transportation costs. In such cases, the prices are quoted as FOB destination, meaning the manufacturer bears the responsibility of selecting and paying for the method of transporting the product.[1]
