The National Advertising Review Board (or NARB) is a group of advertising industry executives, advertising executives from corporations, and members of the public who work in conjunction with the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Members of this board attempt to resolve complaints forwarded to the board by the staff of the National Advertising Division.[1]
